Ten works by visionary architect and teacher Douglas Darden are currently on display in the first floor gallery of Vol Walker Hall. Darden is best known for a series of meticulously documented allegorical projects that were published in his 1993 book Condemned Building. Darden's work was brought to campus in conjunction with a lecture on Sept. 22, “Working:Drawing,” by Peter Schneider, a professor of architecture and Chancellor’s Scholar at the University of Colorado, Denver.
