Throughout our stay in Italy, we took a day to visit two famous villas. Hadrian's Villa and Villa D'Este which are located in Tivoli on the eastern hills of Rome.
Villa D'Este immediately became a favorite of all the students here. We were amazed upon entering the gardens. Every fountian is fed by gravity alone, and yet everywhere you turn there is another water feature. The Wall of a Hundred Fountains is breath taking. The views from the villa alone are astounding
