Following service in the Vietnam War, Ed Dugan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University. He worked in various accounting positions for Eureka Williams Co., Illinois State University, Caterpillar Tractor Co. and Fasco Industries before coming to the University of Arkansas in 1995. He has been budget officer for the School of Architecture since 1998. In his free time, Ed hunts, golfs and dotes on his grandchildren.
