Melinda Smith brings eight years of advising experience and a degree in psychology to her position as director of student services. Her ability to listen and take action on students’ behalf won recognition in 2005 — 2006, when she was named Outstanding Professional Advisor at the University of Arkansas. Currently Melinda oversees recruiting, advising and scheduling of classes within the school.  She also participates in Leadership by Design and other initiatives that support students' success in the program.
