Do you have new ideas and some extra time for the Fay Jones School of Architecture? Then consider joining the school’s advisory board! A group of approximately 40 people working in the building industry, many of them alumni, the advisory board assists the dean and other school leaders in networking and long-term planning. They also educate school leaders about current trends and concerns within the industry.

New members are nominated by the current members of the advisory board, and selected by the board's executive committee. If you are interested in serving on the board, please contact Mark Boyer, head of the landscape architecture department; Marlon Blackwell, head of the architecture department; Marie Gentry, director of the interior design program; or the current president of the advisory board.

The board meets twice a year, in fall and spring, at the University of Arkansas.
