It's 12:30 p.m. Friday and you're presenting your work to your professor, classmates -- the world -- in one hour. You want to make one change to your plan but your computer's having a bad hair day and issuing random error messages when you hit "print." Don't despair. The school's computer labs are staffed 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday by Mark Morgan, a computer technology coordinator who can assist with network issues, troubleshoot on personal computers, solve problems related to printing and formatting and manage your printing account.
